I've forgotten my password for my pirox account that I bought PvPTool with and I cant seem to find the recover password feature anywhere on the site. I found the email in my inbox, states my account name and Activation ID, but no password. Please help!

Simply click on the LOGIN botton when you are browsing the board as guest.
Do not fill in anything.
You will then get an error message like this

You have entered an invalid username or password. Please press the back button, enter the correct details and try again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here!

Click on the HERE link and enter the requested data. A password will be send to your email address then.

If you used a one-time email address or this does not work open a ticket in the KEY SUPPORT CENTER. Make sure you read the FAQ in this area and provide us with all the needed data.
