I was browsing the WoW forums and stumbled upon a very interesting thread.
Apparently, it's possible to bot Black Temple trash, getting 5000 gold per day just off the trash loot. Does anyone know about this? Very curious.

check the achievements. "loot 5000 gold" achievement on 6/14 then "loot 10000 gold" achievement on 6/15

Not sure if Pirox is capable of this. But it's intriguing to say the least.

This trash can not be soloed, and even if it can the amount of time it would take to kill najentus trash while also surviving would be terrible and not make very much gold

Its because the people that are doing this are using teleport and speed hacks, not bots.

in the thread ppl tried and the conclusions are that the botters are also hacking, or have find an easy-to-kill mob giving a lot of money.

imo, karazhan is a better place than BT with a plate , because you can solo almost everything

Was a similiar thread about this on MMOwned a while ago, some guy got hackd, when he finally got his account back he had the Tempest Keep-potions and some trash from TK in his bags, in his mail he had over 80 epic recipes from the trash that had expired at AH. And after just those few days his account had been banned his "Gold Acquired"-stats had gone from 20/25k to almost 180k. So this should tell you how much money this actually gives, now, there was a long discussion about it, wich in the end concluded with hacks etc...

But that wasnt all, about a month ago some guy posted a vid of him actually farming the trash with his mage, basically all he did was making smart use of blink, invisiblity and invisiblity-potions. He ran through almost the whole instance before he got to some mobs with basically no HP (like 20k) and these dropped 20-40g each with trash loot like grays, TK potions, epic recipes and greens/blues/epics (most epics are BoP tho)

So who knows, if you are able to set up the bot so that it can recognize distance to a mob and knows when to blink, use invisibility and potions, it COULD be doable, all tho with all the effort this would take I would instead just let your bot mine or such while you get a job, earn some money and just buy a little more gold...

Damals gabs nen Video dazu. Dazu musste +speed auf Schuhe und so haben um das zu schaffen damit der Trash nicht in die Nähe des Chars kam.

Ist aber schon lange her als ich das gesehen hab, da gabs Northrend noch nicht^^. Wurde aber per Hand gespielt.
