We read here several hundred posts every day so please keep the following things in mind:

1. The title of your thread should describe its content with a few words, meaning a "wuhaaaaa help" does not work out.
2. Please take care about the spelling and use puctuation marks. They don't cost anything extra but help us a lot to read and understand your thread.
3. Never forget important information like info about your pc, used bot version and used profile etc.
4. If possible ALWAYS attach a logfile to your thread! Logs can be found in folder Logs\<setupname>\
   
5. Describe your problem as good as possible and make sure that you read our guides escpecially the FAQ and have used the board search function before you posted.

The internet is a 24/7 media but this does not mean that we're online 24 hours.
Please give us a little bit time to answer your Questions and do not start multiple threads in other areas.

If we solved your issue please tell us so that we can close the thread.
If you solved your issue already on your own please write how because this might be helpful for other members too.

Wir lesen hier täglich mehrere hundert Beiträge, hilf uns also bitte ein wenig und beachte folgende Dinge:

1. Der Titel deines Beitrags sollte kurz und knapp zeigen worum es geht, ein "wuhaaaaaa Hilfe" bringts hier nicht.
2. Achte auf die Rechtschreibung und benutze Satzzeichen. Das kostet bei uns nix extra, hilft aber sehr deinen Beitrag zu lesen und zu verstehen.
3. Vergesse bitte nicht wichtige Informationen zu deinem System in deinem Beitrag wie z.b. Rechnerinfo, eingesetzte Botversion, benutztes Profil etc.
4. Hänge wenn möglich IMMER einen Logfile an deinen Beitrag! Logs sind im Ordner Logs\<setupname>\
5. Beschreibe dein Problem so gut wie möglich und stelle sicher das du vorher alle Guides gelesen hast und vorallem die FAQ, und auch die Suchfunktion des Forums benutzt hast.

Das Internet ist ein 24/7 Medium, dies bedeutet jedoch nicht das wir den ganzen Tag rund um die Uhr online sind.
Gib uns also bitte ein wenig Zeit deine Frage zu beantworten und vermeide Mehrfachpostings in anderen Bereichen.

Wenn wir dein Problem lösen konnten sag bitte kurz Bescheid damit wir den Beitrag schliessen können.
Konntest du das Problem selbst lösen schreibe doch bitte kurz wie, denn das kann auch für andere Mitglieder hilfreich sein.
